Refund policy

All services and experiences are non-refundable.

Because each offering requires intentional preparation, energy allocation, and date reservation, we are unable to provide refunds once a booking has been confirmed.

However, we understand that life unfolds in unexpected ways. In the event you are unable to attend your scheduled service or retreat, your booking may be transferred to a new date within 12 months of the original event date, subject to availability.

Transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the scheduled service.

Deposits are applied toward the rescheduled date and are not transferable to other individuals without written approval.
